NW10 Design is a web design/software development studio based in the pretty Jersey Shore beach town of Manasquan, NJ.

We have extensive experience in web design, user interface design, coding, communications, and project planning. In addition to our right-brained design and communications expertise, we bring practical and occasionally terrifying left-brained skills gleaned from time spent in the world of finance (yes, we are math geeks). Even if a client isn't going to need a financial or mathematical solution, it's probably still true that two fully-functional lobes are better than one.

We believe in fair treatment of our clients. To us this means treating our clients the way we'd like to be treated and primarily includes the following:

• Full disclosure
  We disclose up front and in detail everything that will be involved in a project. Our project cost estimates are built so that there will be no nasty surprises for either our clients or ourselves.
• No pillaging
  We treat your money like it was ours (and we are legendary tightwads). For the quality of our work, we believe our pricing is highly competitive and we strongly encourage our prospects to compare our work portfolio and project cost estimates with those of our peers and competitors.
• No nickel and diming
  If a client requests a few additional bits and pieces to a project that are not technically within the scope of the original estimate but don't materially change the project schedule, we absolutely will not start racking up the fee meter. Any unplanned addition to a project that may generate an additional cost is fully discussed with the client well before implementation.
• Exceptional service
  When clients need a site update, we consider it a priority and typically provide turn around in as little as a few minutes to within the day of the update request.

philosophy/mission

The web is a rapidly evolving communications platform. Fundamental website design and construction techniques are in a constant state of flux and there are new functionality enhancements released every year. To that end, we continually train and retrain ourselves in the latest technologies in order to ensure that we use the best contemporaneous practices and solutions for our client projects.

We fully leverage numerous, readily available, and generally free or inexpensive tools, components, and applications to accelerate client project development. The obvious benefit of this approach is that we can deliver to the client high-quality, robust solutions at an affordable price and in a timely fashion.

We also believe that our clients should, if they wish, be as self-sufficient as possible following site deployment. Each client site comes complete with a highly user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) that allows the client to make updates to most of the content in their site. We don't believe that clients should be beholden to us for future minor content updates and the site CMS ensures that they will have as much control and ownership of their site as they wish following deployment.
