NW10 Design is a web design/software development studio nestled in the pretty Jersey Shore beach town of Manasquan, NJ. We have extensive experience in web design, user interface design, user experience, branding, communications, and a whole pile of other really interesting things. In addition to our right-brained design and communications expertise, we bring practical and occasionally terrifying left-brained skills gleaned from time spent in the world of finance (yes, we are math geeks). Even if a client isn't going to need a financial or mathematical solution, it's probably still true that two fully-functional lobes are better than one.
We think you'll find us friendly, fair, and almost ridiculously attentive to your project needs. If that sounds like a promising start then by all means get in touch with us so that we can help you with your project.
We believe in fair treatment of our clients and working collaboratively with them to achieve a result we can both be proud of. We treat our clients the way we'd like to be treated and that means doing all of the following:
We disclose up front and in detail everything that will be involved in a project. Our project cost estimates are built so that there will be no nasty surprises for either our clients or ourselves. Our client agreements are written in simple English (yep, you won't need a law degree to know what you're getting yourself into).
We don't barrage you with incomprehensible tech-speak mumbo jumbo. We explain our entire process and pretty much everything we're going to do for you in real people English. Most of the time, you'll be frankly amazed at how straightforward everything is. And, when we say, "straightforward", we don't mean it in the, "...and that's pretty much how Quantum Physics works!", way but more in the, "Insert bread in the slot, push that lever down, wait two minutes, and then enjoy the toast!", way.
We treat your money as if it were our money (and we are legendary tightwads). For the quality of our work, we think you'll find our project pricing to be competitive and we encourage our prospects to compare our work and project cost estimates with that of other web designers when deciding who to do business with.
If a client requests the addition of a few changes to an in-flight project that are not technically within the scope of the original estimate but don't materially change the project schedule, we'll give you and your credit card a well-deserved break. Any unplanned changes to a project that may generate an additional cost is fully estimated and discussed with the client well before implementation.
When a client needs a site update, we consider it a priority and typically provide turn around in as little as a few minutes to within the day of the update request.
